I’m putting this #tbt to remind myself that I can make it to the gym. That I can work hard and achieve results. Honestly I’ve fallen off the wagon so many times lately I start to lose count, but the point is I’m trying every time to get back up on that horse. I may not go to the gym every time but I do try and go for hikes/walks, swimming or some sort of physical activity. I’m fighting for my health and most days it is a struggle with my weight, it’s something I’ve struggled with all my life, but I’m acknowledging it and getting better each day. I’m the most happy mentally I’ve never been, but physically I know I can do so much better. Please never give up on yourself no matter how hard it is because down the road you’ll be thankful you didn’t.
