In 3 weeks I've done a 180. I went from saying I was eating right to actually eating right. Yeah I worked out every day but come night time, I binged. All the food. 🍦🥞🥯🍞 Every night. Then I would do it all again the next day and get frustrated that I wasn't seeing results. I was sluggish, going to bed super late, irritated, and lying to myself. Then I told myself" what the f#&@k am I doing??" Slipping into old habits. Bad old habits. So for three weeks, I have done all the right things. And let me tell you.......

🔽 Bloat down
🔼 Confidence up .
But here's the tough love part...it's all a choice! You choose to be where you are right now. Mentally, physically, emotionally. It's you my friend. No one else. Not your kids, not your spouse, not your friends, not your job, not your environment. You. You choose every aspect of your life. You choose to stay where you are, change, grow, remain the same. All of it. I made a choice. And you can too. So what kind of life are you choosing? ♥️😘
