Before I begin… I am very naturally INflexible. I follow many other beginner yogis, and I have realized that I have to work a little harder than most to increase the flexibility in my hamstrings, back, and hips.
Just keep that in mind as you look at my photos and progress. You can accomplish anything with a dedicated practice!
