📌Due to physical limitations, my workouts will now be body weight only and modified to accommodate these limitations.
📌I’m excited to discover new workouts that will use different equipment that is not weight bearing. Sliders, bender ball, physio ball, ladders, jump rope, bands and box. I’ll still be using the #trx but mainly for mobility and stability training.
For today’s workout I used some balls. My music dictates the tempo of my moves and sometimes there are dance breaks😉
30 sec work
10 sec rest/as needed/dance breaks
Squeeze, push through the heels, tuck or straighten where needed. You can add weights if you want, you can do without the balls if you need to or modify even more if needed. Just have fun and dance it out!
