Bzw. hatte ist ein falsches Wort. Ich kämpfe seit Jahren mit mir selbst. Mittlerweile habe ich aufgehört Kalorien zu zählen und essen abzuwiegen. DAY 2 // FOOD So this is my early dinner. Like I said before, I won’t be following the meal plan but will be making some of the meals and using it for inspiration. I have such a complicated relationship with food and this is what works for me. At the moment, I tend to only have one big meal a day (hence why this is so big!) and anything else that I eat is what I fancy - if I’m hungry I may have 3 meals a day, if I’m not and I feel sick I will only have 1 and snack on bits and pieces. Every time I have tried to follow a ‘diet’ or meal plan I end up binging and purging and ultimately gaining weight, so I’m going to keep on doing my thing for now. ANYWAYS enough rambling, this was so good and really filling. Lots of veg, beans and vegan mince in my chilli. Yes there’s a lot of ‘cheese’, am I going to feel bad about it? For those of you who wonder “how can I be losing inches but not much weight...read this! 🤔 You’ve probably heard that "muscle weighs more than fat" however, A pound is a pound, as you see in the photo.... this should help you better understand why a photo can show results when the scales do not move. Think about a pound of marshmallows (fat) vs. a pound of apples (muscle). Hey my Beauties 😊💓! Happy Tuesday :). You ever have those days were you just wanna eat chocolate all day ? Savoury filling food? nope just snacks 😭- this was me on Sunday night 🙈 ( still crushed my goals tho) 👏🙌 Just wanted to talk about balance in terms of nutrition :). When I think about balance it comes down to not 3 but 4 things for me :-p. So macros - carbs, fat & protein - its important to have a balance of all 3 🙌 but to me it's also 110% important to treat myself at least twice a day which could be an ice cream bar as pictured here or w.e else I feel like I need that day ( #4) BUT with WILL POWER in mind as well 😭🤣 - the hardest part that I lack sometimes - have a cookie verses having 10 cookies you know ? 😭😭 that's the hard part . So the 80/20 approach (80 % nutritious , 20 whatever you want ) is what I try to follow but on days were I literally want everything I just eat w.e i want I try not to beat myself up for doing it & if you struggle with this - don't beat yourself up your doing great :) ( try to eat intuitively & not weight yourself if you feel like it will effect you mentally ) . So if you want a ice cream bar etc. Have one it won't ruin your progress :) ( I'd probably go crazy if I didn't have something sweet at the end of the day ) (also sorry for the long caption 🙈💓) Sending you postive vibes :) 😊💓💓- let's continue to kill this week 🏋️‍♀️🙌. Riso e pasta contengono rispettivamente 80 e 75 grammi di carboidrati per 100g di prodotto, ciò significa che con poco cibo, la quota glucidica è molto elevata per poco cibo. Un metodo per mangiare più grammi di cibo, quindi avere una maggiore sazietà, è scegliere alimenti che hanno pochi carboidrati. Ad esempio, i piselli contengono 14g di carboidrati per 100g e per arrivare alla quantità della pasta (75g) servirebbero più di 500g di piselli, quantità enorme che nessuno riuscirebbe a mangiare. Quindi, già mangiando 250g si mangerebbe più del doppio della pasta e si arriverebbe solo a 35g di carboidrati! . Questa è una buona strategia per giorni low-carb o semplicemente per mangiare più cibo. Naturalmente, anche le calorie apportate da piselli, fave e zucchine sono molto più basse di quelle apportate dalla pasta e dal riso, quindi anche aumentando la quantità non si supererebbero le calorie (ovviamente vanno comunque calcolate e tenute in conto). . #transformationtuesday a different way. . We are always so quick to look at the way we physically transform, let’s stop for a moment and think about how we mentally transform 💭 . Look at these two photos; in theory the one on the left is the goal, correct? She’s thinner, younger... her boobs stay up all on their own 🤷‍♀️ But that girl was so unhealthy... so unhappy. Food didn’t have a purpose - it had power! Each day was measured by if the food had power over me or me over it. Food was a reward. Food was punishment. Something I gave myself when I felt “worthy” of it and held hostage from myself when I thought I didn’t deserve it. (Who doesn’t deserve food? That’s disordered thinking) . A days happiness was decided by the numbers on the scale. At that time I would weigh myself MULTIPLE. TIMES. A. DAY. (Weight fluctuates, but at that time I couldn’t see through the diet culture haze to know the truth) . I never went to the gym, the only exercise I got was when I’d go out dancing with my friends... which often involved a drink in my hand and McDonald’s at 3am. . Fast forward 14 years to your girl on the right... Have I got this whole food/health loving game figured out? Not completely... but I’m getting better. And I’m in a much better place than I was 💕 . I try not to eat my feelings - happy/sad/bored/angry... I may not always be successful, but I try. I’m aware. I also know that sometimes it’s ok to find comfort in food. But it’s better to find out why I need comforting in the first place. . I know one meal doesn’t derail everything I’ve done, now I also know that starving myself for a day won’t make me skinny either. . You can’t tell from these pictures but the babe on the right is so much stronger than the one on the left - mentally and physically! I love working out and try to every chance I get! Not because I ate and need to “burn it off” but because I love it! I love how my body feels after a workout and how strong I know I am because of it. I love how much happier I am and that I can be present with my family when I’ve gotten a workout in. . How has your mindset changed as you’ve physically changed?♥️

When I started this journey all I cared about was losing my baby weight but now I’ve realised the most important thing is to be strong and healthy for my little boy.
