That’s tea prepared 🙌🏼 this is so simple and easy yet so lovely! I haven’t had it for ages but got some chicken thighs from shopping so I could make it. I used to follow the recipe from the slimming world take 5 book where it also has cauliflower And curry powder that’s Also lovely! But this is just a little quicker! .
It’s literally just chicken thighs, any veg that you want to add! I added in what I had in the fridge. So onions, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes. I usually add sweet potato chunks too but I haven’t got any in! So might do slimming world chips to go with it. I’ve added garlic, bbq seasoning and a chicken seasoning. I would normally add a bit of spice but this is for me and my niece and I don’t want it too spicy for her 🌶 .
