✨BALANCE✨ let’s talk about balance. I touched on this in a post awhile back, but not in depth. Balance is something that a lot of people struggle with everyday. For most of us balancing fitness and life is tough. Fitness is a life style. Buuuut when it’s done right it can be easily be balanced with our social life as well.
It’s only easy when you know your goals and are confident enough in yourself to realize they are not the same as everyone else’s.
1️⃣ don’t feel guilty about your goals
2️⃣ try working out with your friends
3️⃣ plan ahead
4️⃣ learn how to say no
5️⃣ make you time
1️⃣ Some of your friends and family aren’t going to understand. They will say oh you look great. Which is true, but you haven’t reached your goals and you are working towards something. That’s okay just have to stand your ground and some of them might even be open to hearing your goals!
2️⃣ This one isn’t for everyone. We all have friends that don’t work out, nbd. Some of my friends enjoy working out so that way you are getting what you need done and hanging out with your friends at the same time.
3️⃣ Like I always say, planning ahead is KEY PEOPLE LOL. Whether you are planning your meal. Packing a meal or planning ahead of time when you are going to squeeze your work out in. Before or after. Gotta plan it out. Or you’ll just be down on yourself.
4️⃣ If you don’t fit drinks into your macros. Obviously say no to the bar. If you can’t handle going to the parties with booze and cakes say no. Orrrr if you’re like me, I go I have fun. I’m DD so my friends are safe and I make protein brownies so I can enjoy something yummy too! And they love them as well Lol
5️⃣ Self Explanatory, right ? Lol do something for you every week ! Something you enjoy.
It is totally possible just have to figure out your balance. Your 1️⃣-5️⃣ can and prob will be different. These are just a few things I have found help me balance my life. Hope this helps you babes out ! It’s almost fridayyyy, we made it ! I can’t wait for the weekend 💖 xoxo
