Una de las recetas que estuve haciendo hoy. Esta es de @sindyarenas y me encanto. Muy sencilla y super rica . Ingredientes: 3/4 taza harina de almendras 1/2 taza erythritol (yo use @swervesweetie ) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 taza cocoa sin endulzar 1/4 tsp salt 3oz queso crema a temp ambiente 1/4 taza de mantequilla 2 huevos 1tsp vainilla 1/2 taza de walnuts 1/2 barra de @lilys_sweets_chocolate Mezcle los ingredientes secos primero, luego añadi lo demas. Cuando lo colocas en el molde le pones los walnuts y luego al horno a 325F por 20 a 25 min. Me encanta desayunar cosas dulces y hoy quería algo con chocolate así que surgió esto, creo que es la primera vez que puedo comer waffles sin llenarlos de maple falsa o mermelada llena de azúcar, ahora si todo en esto es “homemade”🏠 También quiero hablar de lo importante que es balancear tus alimentos, muchas veces solo comemos por comer y no nos fijamos que estamos comiendo si las calorías son adecuadas o si tenemos un plato completo. Esto quiere decir que debemos completar los tres macro nutrientes:carbohidratos🥞,proteínas 🥜 y grasas🥑 Aunque no lo creas, necesitamos estos tres grupos, cada uno tiene su función en el cuerpo, así que si estás limitándote de comer alguno de estos tres tendrás problemas más adelante en tu cuerpo. No tengas miedo a comer carbohidratos, estos nos mantienen con energía durante nuestro día , las proteínas nos ayudan a saciarnos y crecer nuestros músculos y las grasas a regular nuestras hormonas y aunque parezca increíble, hay estudios que demuestran que comer una porción razonable de grasas buenas (vegetales 🥥🥑🌰🥜) ayuda a eliminar la grasa de nuestro cuerpo, así que no te restrinjas , tu come... Es importante controlar nuestras porciones , no comer más de lo que nos cabe ni menos , tú cuerpo es SABIO y el sabe lo que necesitas, es importante que aprendas a reconocer cuando tienes hambre real o algún antojo REAL (no visual,no del paladar, desde el estómago) . Haz un esfuerzo por conocerte por reconocer lo que tu cuerpo pide y después se te hará más fácil comer y balancear tus comidas. . Estos waffles llevaban: •1/2 taza de harina de avena •1 taza de leche de coco •1 cdta de chía •1 scoop de proteína •1 cdta de vinagre de manzana •1/3 de plátano maduro •1 cdta de cocoa •1cdta de polvo para hornear MERMELADA: •1/2 t de fresas congeladas •1 cdta de fécula de maíz •Miel de maple . ~Añade a tu leche el vinagre y la chia, mezcla y aparta ~Incorpora los ingredientes secos ~En un bowl machaca el plátano y agrega la leche ~Poco a poco añade los secos e incorpora hasta formar una mezcla homogenea ~Ponlos en una wafflera previamente engrasada o en un sartén y haz 🥞 ||Continuo en los comentarios ||⬇️⬇️⬇️

TORRIJAS SIN GLUTEN INGREDIENTES: -Pan sin gluten -Huevos -Leche de almendras -Canela en rama -Canela molida -Azúcar de coco -Cáscara de naranja -Aceite de oliva suave. PROCEDIMIENTO: 🍽Poner en un cazo, la leche,la cáscara de naranja, la canela en rama y una cucharada de azúcar de coco. 🍽Infusionar y reservar. 🍽Cortar en rebanadas finas el pan del día anterior y poner en un plato con la leche(previamente colada)hasta que esté el pan jugosito. 🍽Batir los huevos y poner el pan (mezclando bien). 🍽En una sarten con dos dedos de aceite , freír el pan(hasta que estén doraditos). 🍽Escurrir en un papel absorbente y rebozar en azúcar y canela. Nosotras lo hacemos con pan casero sin gluten(teneis varias recetas en el perfil 😋) para evitar el azúcar, conservantes....etc pero esta misma receta la podéis hacer con el pan que queráis.😊 Y ya está,el postrecito de semana santa(aunque se podrá alargar durante un tiempo más jeje) igual de rico para gente que no puede comer gluten!!además son bajas en azúcar y no llevan lactosa!! Главное правило, чтобы не попасть в сахарную ловушку: не больше 5 г сахара на 100 г мюсли (читай этикетку). Ванильный йогурт и другие ароматизированные йогурты Содержат до 25 г сахара в одной порции! Лучше обрати внимание на действительно диетический тип йогурта – греческий. Готовые соусы из магазинов Способны украсить даже самое скучное ПП-блюдо. Но не спеши брать очередную упаковку – внутри нее самая настоящая сладкая бомба (около 13 г сахара на 200 г продукта). Haven't posted much about food prep lately because TBH I haven't been making anything interesting until this! I spiralized 1 zucchini & 1 squash, diced some carrots, mixed it together with a small container of lemon hummus, 1 tbspn olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lime & threw in some cooked tri-colored quinoa. It only took about 15 minutes to prepare, and it's free of gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar or anything artificial. I must say it's pretty darned delicious & super-healthy.

On the menu tonight: baked falafel wraps with you guessed it; socca flatbread of course! 😂 🌯 . . These falafels were sooo easy and tasty, and much healthier than the ones you would get from a shop, as there is very little oil and they are baked instead of fried. I combined a 400g tin of chickpeas which I mashed in a bowl, with one egg, 2 tbsp brown rice flour, ground coriander, cumin, garlic powder, chopped fresh coriander, the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. I then formed these into equal sized balls (made around 11) and baked them in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for around half an hour. They are deliciously light and crispy with that lovely tang you get from falafel. . . Dass du nachts schlecht schläfst, aus Kummer zuviel Schokolade isst (nichts da #zuckerfrei ...eher total Ausfall), einfach nicht zur Ruhe kommst, selbst wenn du es versuchst, weil dein Kopf permanent unter Strom steht, obwohl du eigentlich erschöpft bist und nur noch schlafen möchtest...am besten direkt nach dem Frühstück... Aber nein, du musst ja funktionieren! Du hast dir dieses Leben ja ausgesucht. Du wolltest das alles und nun musst du da durch. "Aber ich kann nicht mehr...". Und nun sitze ich beim Zahnarzt. An meinem freien Tag sitze ich tatsächlich beim Zahnarzt...fick dich...echt! Ich will mit diesem Post niemanden ermutigen, stark zu sein und durchzuhalten.Nein verdammt...ich ermutige dich, ehrlich zu sein. Zu dir und zu anderen. Wenn's dir zuviel ist und du nicht mehr stark sein kannst, dann sei verdammt nochmal authentisch. Und wenn das heißt schwach zu sein, dann sei schwach. Das heißt nicht, dass du jetzt anfängst, rumzujammern und dich unter der Decke zu verkriechen. Es heißt nur, dass du auf dich und deine Bedürfnisse acht geben solltest und vielleicht einfach Mal einen Gang zurückschaltest oder dass du beginnst, andere Hilfe zu bitten.
