⏱Review Time⏱ Diesmal, die fitbakes die ihr bei @beastmode_germany bekommt. Vorab: ich bekomme hierfür kein Geld! Ich habe die Produkte zwar zugeschickt bekommen, dies ist jedoch meine ehrliche Meinung. Falls ihr dennoch mal bei @beastmode_germany bestellt, könnt ihr mit Karl10 10% sparen. Welche Sorte macht euch am meisten an?👇🏻ab in die Kommentare Swipe für die Werte. Da diese sehr variieren hab ich euch alle davon angehängt und nicht alle Küchlein als Bild. Die sind im Schnitt schon recht gut! Im Prinzip sind es mal helle und mal Schoko Küchlein mit unterschiedlichen Füllungen und Toppings. Beide sind wirklich weich und recht saftig. Die hellen sind allerdings recht neutral. Der schokoteig dagegen sehr schokoladig und sollte man die Teile mal kurz in die Mikro packen, dann sieht man auch kleine geschmolzene Schokodrops. Lemon: das frostig bringt hier einen leichten Lemon Geschmack, aber auch etwas Nachgeschmack mit sich. Das müsste mehr Lemon sein. 6,5/10 Blaubeer: Sofern man Blaubeeren erwischt echt gut! Allerdings sind davon pro Küchlein nur so 1-2 zu finden. 7,5/10 Dark Choc Chip: die Glasur ist recht dick, aber nicht Dark und die Chips hab ich auch vermisst. 7,5/10 Jaffa Cake Limited Edition: Gleiche Sorte nur mit Orangen Aroma im Topping. Tatsächlich aber echt gut gemacht obwohl ich kein Fan dieser Kombi bin. 8/10 Hazelnut Spread: echt lecker die Füllung, nur zu wenig aus meiner Sicht. 7,5/10 Peanutbutter: Da ist zwar Füllung zu sehen, aber nicht zu schmecken. Ein einziger Klecks Füllung. 6/10 Triple Chocolate Limited Edition: Mein Favorit, schön schokoladig! 9/10 Cookies and Cream: auch sehr schokoladig aber kein Cookies and Cream. 8/10 Ich würde wohl hauptsächlich die Schokoladigen Sorten nochmal probieren. Grade aus der Mikro sind die Kuchleich noch nen Tick softer. Falls ihr trackt, wiegt die Teile ab. Triple Chocolate hatte bei mir ganze 25 Gramm mehr. Słodycze to dla mnie temat rzeka 🧐 Czekolada, żelki, czipsy, ciastka i wszelkie inne dziwactwa, które przez całe życie mi towarzyszyły, odchodzą powoli do lamusa 🖕🏼 Na tym etapie mocno naciąganym wydaje mi się pójście do sklepu i kupienie gotowych słodkości - zdecydowanie lepsze samopoczucie daje mi ich samodzielne skomponowanie 👩🏽‍🍳😈🤟🏼 Dzisiaj postanowiłam zrobić coś nowego, prostego, zdrowego i na szybko. Z randomowo połączonych składników udało mi się stworzyć orzechowe kulki proteinowe na bazie ciecierzycy 🥜🍯🌰😋 Smak petarda 💥 Polecam mocno. Poza tym bardzo dobrze wyzerowały moją ochotę na cukier 👅😏 Składniki: - puszka ciecierzycy; - dwie miarki odżywki białkowej; - dwie łyżki masła orzechowego; - dwie łyżki pasty tahini; - dwie łyżki syropu z agawy; - kilka kropel ekstraktu z wanilii; - garść prażonych migdałów (opcjonalnie); - mąka kokosowa/kakao/płatki owsiane/wiórki kokosowe (do obtoczenia). Wykonanie: Nagrzewamy piekarnik na 180 stopni i wkładamy do niego blaszkę z migdałami. Cieciorkę odsączamy i płuczemy. Następnie wrzucamy ją do miski i blendujemy z resztą składników (z wyjątkiem migdałów). Po ok. 8 minutach wyciągamy migdały z pieca (kiedy uzyskają charakterystyczny ciemnobrązowy kolor), siekamy i dodajemy do masy. Wszystko dokładnie mieszamy, odstawiamy na 1-2h do lodówki. Następnie, używając łyżeczki, dzielimy masę na niewielkie porcje i formujemy z niej kulki. Wg uznania obtaczamy je w mące kokosowej, wiórkach kokosowych, kakao, płatakach owsianych itp. Sfoglia Apple Cinnamon🍎🥧 (Receta en español en los comentarios) La ricetta 👇🏻 ✅1 rotolo rettangolare pasta sfoglia ✅4 mele (rosse, gialle) ✅2 bastoncini di cannella ✅2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna ✅1/4 tazza d'acqua ✅Uvetta ✅Granella di mandorla ✅1 uovo Prepariamo il ripieno: sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a dadini, in un pentolino mettete le mele, metà dell'acqua, lo zucchero e i bastoncini di cannella. Lasciate cuocere fino a quando le mele siano morbide e abbiano preso un colore dorato, mentre le girate se serve aggiungete pian piano il resto dell'acqua (io ho usato mele gialle) tutto dipende del tipo di mele che usate ci sono quelle più succose di altre. Una volta cotte fatte raffreddare. Srotolate la sfoglia e bucate con una forchetta il fondo, farcite con le mele, aggiungete l'uvetta e granella di mandorla a piacere e chiudete in alto unendo le estremità così come le punte che potete ripiegare per evitare la fuoriuscita del ripieno. Io ho tagliato qualche striscia della pasta per decorare. Potete farla in versione rotonda tipo crostata. Spennellate con un uovo e infornate a 180°C per circa 15/20 minuti o fino a completa cottura, dipende del proprio forno. Keto bagels! Oven to 400. Mix 1 teaspoon of baking powder with 1.5 cups of extra fine almond flour. In a separate bowl mix 2.5 cups of mozzarella cheese with 2 ounces of cream cheese. Microwave on high for one minute. Stir, and repeat. Add to flour mix, along with 2 beaten eggs. Stir until a dough ball forms (mixer is easier.) separate into 6 pieces, roll into logs, and form into bagels. 🍓Strawberries & Cream Having a teen is very challenging, however having my teen on low carb isn’t complicated, keep it simple. I no longer have regular sugar, processed cookies, chips in the house. Instead buy fresh fruits & fresh greens. As we were Netflix yesterday I saw Carmelina with her snack so simple❣️ She will indulge on occasions to non low carb stuff but overall I know at home she’s living her best low carb life that alone is worthy of this Motivation Monday! I found Mikey's English Muffins at Sprouts yesterday and they are really good.
