Put in a nice solid chest workout tonight. Attacked the man-boobs/chesticles/pectorals from a few different angles and with different rep ranges to boot. Started out with Bench, first video 275lbs x 4 reps took it to muscle failure, failed on the 5th. 2nd video, 300lbs x 1 and 3rd video 225lbs x 11. Then went to incline dumbbell press, thru in some drop-sets. Finished off with chest flys for 5 sets and a couple sets of dips right before gym closed. Put in the work, time and effort and good things will happen. Eat clean, train hard sleep well.
