Berry Crumble Pie 🥧 🍒 I make this all the time for shabbat and it always gets so many compliments! It is honestly the easiest, most fool-proof dessert out there and you can use any sort of berries- I like blueberries or raspberries but feel free to use your choice, or a mixture! 1. Combine 2 cups oats, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 cup canola oil. If you can use maple-cinnamon flavored oats, this comes out even better. You can also halve the sugar amounts if you don't want it so sweet (or unhealthy). 2. Separately, mix 2-3 cups of berries with 1/4 cup of flour. 4. Divide the oat mixture in approximately half. In a pie dish, layer it on the bottom. 5. Pour the berries over the layer and spread out evenly. Spoon the remainder of the oat mixture on top to make the crust. Make sure it is all fully covered, paying special attention to the edges. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top. 6. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until the edges have crisped brown (like in the last picture). 7. ENJOY! NEW FULL RECIPE🤩 2 avocados 3-4 seaweed sheets 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 2 cups sticky rice 1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1/2 tablespoon salt . for the sweet potatoes 3 tablespoons miso paste 2 tablespoons @califiafarms almondmilk (unsweetened) 3 tablespoons soy sauce/tamari 2 tablespoons sesame oil 3 sweet potatoes . HOW TO . Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Peel and cut your sweet potatoes like fries. Mix with miso paste, almondmilk, soy sauce and sesame oil. Place in the oven until cooked through - about 35-45 minutes. . In the meantime, assemble your sushi roll by thinly slicing your avocado and making your sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, add rice wine vinegar and salt, stir well and let cool. . Once your rice has cooled and your sweet potatoes are ready. Assemble by spreading out your rice on the seaweed and adding your sweet potatoes and avocados in the bottom part of the roll. Top with sesame seeds and roll tightly. Thinly slice and serve

Homemade lentils harissa salad. To make this dish first I roasted zucchini, red pepper, red onions and carrots in the oven for 30 minutes, then I mixed it with yellow lentils (I had boiled them separately for 5 minutes) and with fresh cubed tomatoes, cucumber and lemon juice and zest. I also added harissa sauce, which is a hot sauce used in North African cuisine, made from chilli peppers, paprika, and olive oil. Leckerer veganer Heidelbeerkuchen 🍰🤤❤️ * * * * * * * * Hier ist das Rezept 📝 250 g Heidelbeeren, frische 215 g Dinkelmehl, feines 25 g Speisestärke 175 g Zucker 15 g Sojamehl 150 g Marzipan 1 Prise(n) Vanillepulver 1 Prise(n) Salz 2 TL Weinsteinbackpulver 200 g Margarine, flüssig 200 g Sojadrink, naturel Zubereitung: Die Heidelbeeren verlesen und waschen, sehr gut abtropfen lassen. In eine 26er-Springform Backpapier in den Boden spannen. Den Rand leicht mit Margarine einfetten Den Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Das Dinkelmehl, die Speisestärke, den Zucker, das Sojamehl, das Vanillepulver, das Weinsteinbackpulver und das Salz miteinander verrühren. Die flüssige (abgekühlte) Margarine und den Sojadrink zuwiegen und alles zu einem Teig verrühren. Zum Schluss die Marzipanmasse hinzufügen. Es soll ein cremig-zäher Teig sein, ansonsten noch etwas Wasser zugeben. Den Teig in die Form füllen, die Heidelbeeren darauf verteilen und vorsichtig in den Teig drücken. Den Kuchen etwa 30 Minuten backen. In der Form auskühlen lassen und am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen. Kräftig salzen und bei 200 Grad Umluft für 25 Minuten goldbraun und knusprig backen. Zum Schluss eine Handvoll Flusskrebsschwänze sowie 1 TL Mehl dazugeben. Gut vermengen, 125ml klare Brühe sowie 50ml Sahne hinzufügen und einmal aufkochen lassen. Abschmecken und mit den fertigen Kartoffeln und Kräutern deiner Wahl servieren. ⠀ Wash 6 medium floury boiling potatoes and cook in salted water for 25 minutes. Grease a baking sheet or a mold with a little oil. Place the soft-boiled potatoes in the mold and flatten with the bottom of a glass so that the potato tears open. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan and pour it over the potatoes. Salt vigorously and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Meanwhile, cut a small carrot into fine strips and cook over medium heat in a bit oil. Add 1 finely diced onion, a pressed clove of garlic and 2 tbsp lobster butter. Finally, add a handful of crayfish tails and 1 teaspoon flour. Mix well, add 125ml clear broth and 50ml cream and let boil up once. PB & J Collagen Bars I got the original recipe from @rachaelsgoodeats I tweaked it a bit using what I had. So yummy! Ingredients: 2 c rolled oats 1 c almond flour 1 c peanut butter (or any preferred nut butter) 1/2 c unsalted mixed nuts (I use Kirkland brand but any type of nuts would do) 1/4 hemp seeds (use half for mixture and the other half for topping) 5-6 dates (soaked in hot water for 10-15 min) 1/2 c freeze dried strawberries (use half in the mixture and save the other half for topping) 2 scoops collagen 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 c water Directions: Add all ingredients to food processor. (If too thick, add a little bit more water) You may need to stir with a spatula a few times to nicely blend it. Prepare a deep dish, or loaf tin with parchment paper. Using a spatula or spoon, scoop mixture into your dish. You will need to even it out with spatula or spoon. Sprinkle additional strawberries & hemp seeds over the top. Refrigerate or freeze for 2-3 hours. Slice into bars (whatever size you please 😉) and store in airtight container. Store these in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
