Ok guys... So I haven't been on this last week.. I completely fell off the wagon and shoveled food into my gob so fast I took no pictures.i have literally eaten everything in siight.The line has been drawn and I start fresh tomorrow morning with an aim of being at target by Christmas. I had few drs/hospital appointments this week which I was stressing over and my partner was without a job so worried about money. I have eaten my emotions which isn't good but it's done now.. hospital appointments went ok just awaiting next appointments and drs was ok I'm now on meds for underactive thyroid so fingers crossed that works. fella starts new job Saturday so things looking up. Ok so after a lovely weekend catching up with friends who we haven't seen in ages and eating totally off plan. I am back on plan 100%. Weigh day Wednesday night so will see the damage but I am not bothered if I get a gain. This is my lifestyle. Its not a diet. I will have days where I over indulge and days I'm totally on plan. For this first time since joining (apart from the cake incident) I let go a little and had what everyone else had..It has reminded me why I don't want to go back to living like that all the time. My stomach is paying for it now but once in a while is Ok.
