Push Workout - A 💪💪💪 Give it a go and let me know what you think! ▪️Chest - 1 press exercise - for strength 1 fly movement - seated cable flyes my favourite - you could do machine flyes, DB flyes, etc I like to combine 1 press - where you emphasise strength and 1 fly - to take muscle through the full range of motion (fully lenghten x fully shortened) ▪️Shoulders Cable side raise - I like to lean away from the cable with your upper body which change the strength curve little bit Bit more side raise - DROP SET with dumbells / partial reps - FAILURE ▪️Triceps Close Grip Bench Press - great compound exercise for you Triceps - love it in PUSH workout as you're still hitting chest little bit but with good MIND CONNECTION can focus on Triceps quiet well Pushdown - classic nothing crazy here - just go really heavy here already plenty of blood in your Triceps so why not go crazy! Triceps KickBacks - these are a great finisher + different position of shoulder so puts stress on your long head - I guess VARIETY is the key here. The difference in these 2 movements. Number 1 - DB's moving to far away from the body - wasting energy making the movement a lot harder. Successful weight loss is the result of being consistent over a period of days, weeks and even months. . That's not to say you can't chill out at the weekend or go out and have a few drinks. There's no point in doing so well during the week and being super restrictive with your diet only to have a blowout at the weekend and reverse any progress you may have made. . Here are some tips on how to stop your weekend being a write off: . - Fitting higher calorie, or "cheat" meals into your diet by planning ahead. . - If you know you are going out for a meal or having a takeaway one day, think about cutting your calories on the day before or after the meal. . - Remember that it is okay to have off days, but the main factor to successful dieting is consistency so try and make them few and far between. .
