So back to talking about Spring allergies and taking essential oils for it...For me, I only have to do the TriEase occasionally now. I actually had really bad seasonal allergies prior to using all of my supplements and the essential oils that I do in our regiment that we follow. Now, it's every once in a while I have to do the TriEase, the lemon, lavender, peppermint, which really works well for me as well. #JustAExperienceShared Had this yummy and healthy fruit platter from @fitfoodie.vasai I was on a fruit diet for 5 days. I heard a lot of different types of diets being followed around. So, I gave this one a shot and I wanted to lose some fat as well. I did lose 1 kg though along with practice of some workout routine. I love having fruits and this diet was amazing to follow in this hot summers. But, it only had some nutrients that a body requires on daily basis. I use to get little weakness and tired by end of the day. That, was the only drawback I faced. I would not mind give this diet another chance and for more days as well. REAL LIFE! When I started my weight loss journey, much before I had my children (I was 10.5st when I met Ben!) I was so ready to make a change, but I didn’t want to make drastic changes to the things I enjoyed. I was previously a sucker for shake diets or anything with a “quick fix” incentive. I didn’t know anything about nutrition or the importance of it, and I sure as hell didn’t know you could allow yourself an indulgence and still lose weight! @benrooneyfitness taught me a lot about being realistic with my goals, telling me only to ever start something if I could see myself doing it for the foreseeable future. Cambridge and Slim Fast diets are not long term! I now live my life by the 80:20 rule - 80% of the time I am extra mindful of what I eat, allowing myself 20% of my time to indulge and have a treat. Most of all I am EATING meals, not drinking them, or popping fast metabolism pills! What I love about Ben is that he never once told me I wasn’t allowed something. He taught me how to make allowances and track my daily intake to ensure that I could factor a little bit of what I fancy into my diet. I love that I live with a personal trainer who will eat as much chocolate and drink all the wine with me. Ben is a real person, just like the rest of us. I’m so glad I met him! Non sono mai stata eccessivamente team grassi, keto ecc ecc, a differenza della mia burrosissima metà @peanutbutterandcrunches, anche se ovviamente amo alcune fonti di grassi a cui non potrei mai rinunciare. Tipo il cioccolato e la frutta secca, tipo. . ✌️Ingredienti per delle Frozen chocolate triple butter cups 💣 molto keto. . 🥧INGREDIENTI x 4 cups: -90 gr di cioccolato fondente (io ho usato il 99%,ma a voi la scelta) -45 gr di mix triple butter (mandorle, nocciole, anacardi) che potete anche fare in casa. -dolcificante a piacere -1/2 cucchiaino di vaniglia fresca o aroma . 🍫PROCEDIMENTO: . 👉Sciogliete il cioccolato fondente a bagnomaria, amalgamando bene per ottenere una consistenza cremosa ma non troppo densa, aggiungete il dolcificante e la vaniglia. 👉In appositi pirottini o stampi (oppure sistemando dei pirottini di carta in uno stampo da muffin) versate un cucchiaino di cioccolato sul fondo di ognuno. 👉Mettete a raffreddare mixate fra loro il burro di anacardi, mandorle e nocciole (io avevo già il triple mix di @bulkpowders_it). 👉 Quando la base del cioccolatino sarà solida sistemate al centro un cucchiaino di ripieno, schiacciandolo leggermente ma lasciando qualche millimetro dai bordi, aggiungete infine altro cioccolato fino a coprirlo completamente. 👉Fate raffreddare completamente prima di togliere dallo stampo e servire. . Salvate la ricetta e fatemi sapere come vi viene questa ricetta molto complicata 🙈

Quieres hacer unas ricas y saludables Barritas de Cereal usando Dátiles?? 👉👉👉Aquí va la Receta: 15 Dátiles descarozados,3/4 coco rallado (opcional) sino Quaker, 1/2 taza Almendras, 1/2 taza castañas de caju, 3 cucharadas de aceite de coco derretido, 1 cucharada de agua, opcional puedes agregarle chocolate amargo en polvo. Se colocan Almendras, caju y coco en el procesador hasta que esté todo picado. Luego agregó Dátiles sin cuesco en mitades, aceite de coco y agua. Vuelvo a procesar hasta formar una masa. Vaciar la mezcla en una fuente de hornear con papel engrasado y aplastar firmemente con las manos (de grosor 1 ½ cm aprox). Mexican Beef Wraps With Lime Yoghurt & Bean Salad Ingredients 400g Annalisa four beans mix Juice of ½ a lime, plus 1 tsp extra ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/4 red onion finely diced 500g extra lean beef mince. ½ tsp ground cumin 1/3 cup Greek style yoghurt ½ tsp ground black pepper 8 Woolworths whole grain wraps 3 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded 2 large tomatoes, sliced Lime wedges, to serve Method 1. Drain and rinse the bean mix, then place in a medium bowl. Add juice from the half lime, chopped coriander and onion. 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the mince in batches until browned. Return all the mince to pan and add the sliced capsicum and half the cumin. Stir through and ensure the meat is cooked through. 3. For the lime yoghurt, mix the yoghurt, remaining cumin, 1 tsp of lime juice and black pepper. 4. Assemble 2 whole grain wraps per person filled with lettuce, tomato, mince and lime yoghurt. Serve with the bean salad and lime wedges. tip: bean salad makes up a portion of the meat alternatives & vegetables requirements to meet healthier nutrition guidelines

Tomorrow I will be 12 months postpartum with baby number 4 🙈😮 WOW!! That really has gone fast! I am so happy I’ve had the chance to carry 4 healthy babies in my body. I really do give thanks and praise. 🙏🏼💖 I don’t enjoy being pregnant 🤰 but I do look forward to transforming my body and getting my strength back 💪🏽🥊 The first pic was taken 3 months postpartum and the second pic was taken today. It hasn’t been easy but it hasn’t been stressful either. I find a balance and enjoy the process. I love exercising and I love nutrition. I swear by a meat free diet especially when it comes to belly fat. I’m not lacking in iron either 😂😝 I do have a weakness for chocolate and I don’t completely deprive myself of it 🙈 I like keeping the body guessing so i change up my diet and exercise a lot. Plus I get bored easy. Anyway I thought I’d just give you a little example as to what I do to shed weight, tone and still live a balanced life as a mother of 4..
