#MyStory (part of it) Someone recently asked me for my YouTube channel: What made me start bodybuilding, fitness, coaching, and sharing my journey, etc. When I boxed, I gave the punches and took them too🦁 I was getting beat by a fast fighter in the first round, until my timing and power caught on💯 I never imagined doing or becoming all this. P90 - Week 12! 😃 D67 - Sweat C⁣ LAST week of P90! 😊 So Tues, gravity decided to greet me before work, spraining L ankle, scraped R knee - catching mode. What else is new 😂 Yesterday, still sensitive so I gave ankle a Rest day. That helped. Felt back to normal today. Pressed Play. Fun! Modified my Jumping Jacks due to queasy stomach this morning 😕 Blah. Didn’t want the effects if I did regular 😳 Debated the burpees as well but I attempted one, felt great!
