*train in all rep ranges to get the best results* ... Obvious but necessary reminder. Im almost always doing supersets, one heavy lift and one light lift. It gets your muscles going and it really gets the heart rate up. Don’t rest until you do a set of each lift, only rest for about 1 min and do 4-5 sets of each. This allows you to move quickly thru the gym and get more exercises in in a shorter time. I really believe in and love super sets, I almost put them in the same category as my bicycle. Both supersets and bicycle really contribute positively to mental and physical health!! It’s a no brainer.. Let me know some of your favorite supersets...
