We raising HELL up in here today⚡️⚡️ So grateful that I got to workout and train my brother this morning!!! I love when I get to join in on the boot camp circuits.... I am immediately humbled. My workouts are fucking hard, but they are super doable. Simple, you do what you can. Push your limits but don’t kill yourself. I’ve been needing a kick ass workout and I’ve honestly been so busy training clients and working that it’s been awhile since I got a good workout in. Today did it for me! Feeling like I’m back on track, ready to work hard and feel my absolute BEST! I find it harder once the seasons change.... but this is why I LOVE group fitness and boot camp, because it makes it easier to train. It definitely makes it more fun!!! People are expecting you to show up and there’s that accountability factor. So, you’re more likely to get yourself out of bed... don’t let the holidays keep you sluggish and lazy! Decide that this year you’ll be in shape, full of energy, eating super clean and living your best life. We shouldn’t just feel hot in summer.... we should feel 𝐇𝐎𝐓 all the time. Some last minute information for the Spartan Racers. 1. Our start times are 12 PM Saturday Super and 12:15 PM Sunday Sprint. Arrive at least 90 minutes before start time for parking and registration. Look for the red shirts! 2. There will be a rinse station after the race, but trash bags for shoes and socks and towels to cover car seats on the way home are a great idea. 3. Post Race Pizza at KSV! The opposite can be said and is true for negativity and focusing on failure. _ Always remember, YOU are in charge of your mental state.
