Yes you're reading it correctly. Usually people have their Before and After the other way around. 2013, was an amazing year. Things were going just too well. I was running two extremely successful technology companies, my family was around, and best of all I was fit and healthy. Fitness and business had always been my passions so being fit was more important to me than any amount of money in the world. I had finished some fitness challenges with my friends that year to get six pack abs. Our challenge was called “Get Six Pack Abs or Die Tryin”. You get the idea, hint 50 cent. Cheezy but it worked. My body fat was running about 9% and there was no camera that was safe from my selfies. The loss of both of my parents within a 4 year period of ti.e really took a toll on my mental and physical health. I stopped working out and food became my comfort. I stopped socializing with friend's and just drowned myself into work and food. After visiting my parents grave sites this year...I decided they wouldn't want me to live this way. I started this journey to work in healing the traumatic loss of my parents, fix my relationship with food, and gain my health back. Success and wealth is one part of life, but we're all human and prone to the emotional impact of trauma. This is my journey of healing everything that just being successful can't heal. It's going to be a battle, but I'm ready to fight 💪

It’s time for some real talk y’all!!! . Not everyday is going to be easy. There are days that I don’t have motivation. There are days that I want to just give up. There are days that I’m not ok. . Most days are like that actually. Especially the last few months. But one thing I have learned is that my works can not be a non-negotiable. I have to workout...for my own well-being as well as the safety of everyone else. I tend to get in my own head a lot. I tend to talk down to myself. I know I need to stop. I’m working on that. A long with a whole lot of other things. . My workouts are my me time. Even when I don’t want to do them. Like today, I had to do my lifting program and I was determined to run today. (It’s a new goal of mine to run a complete 5k). Didn’t feel motivated to do it when I start but the end result I felt great. Exhausted but great. By the time I’m done I feel amazing. I feel like I’ve accomplished something. Something that 2 years ago I never thought in a million years I would do. These workout are hard but I see results. That’s the only way you will get the results you want. There is no magic pill. It doesn’t happen over night. You have to put in the work. . My April bootcamp just started but it’s not too late to join in. These challenge groups have honestly been the best thing that I’ve ever been apart of. So what’s stopping you?

Como por ejemplo gaseosas, azúcar refinada2️⃣ Lleva un plan de alimentación semanal, anotar cuáles serán las comidas de la semana y de cada día. Identifica cuales son los dias de entrenamiento fuerte y trabajo duro para que así mismo programes los dias altos en carbohidratos y los dias menos intensos menos carbohidratos y grasas sanas. 3️⃣Comer en pequeñas porciones cada 3 horas incluyendo en ellas fuentes de proteína ya sea animal o vegetal, esto ayudará a mantener el metabolismo acelerado. Tomar liquidos, de preferencia agua o infusiones a tiempo luego de comer. Los batidos verdes son fabulosos tomarlos en ayunas4️⃣ Tener listos los alimentos saludables en la refrigeradora, por ejemplo: vegetales cortados, proteínas cocidas, fajitas integrales o de centeno con carne o pollo o vegetales.
