😂😂😂What’s your vote?!? . ♥️ Mondays or 🖕🏼Mondays?! . I’ll be honest I’m a bit of both 🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m normally super decisive....but Mondays bring me mixed feelings! . I love a fresh start to the week and by nature I crave routine that the week brings, but I also love having more time with my babes on weekends so when they are gone in school all day and the week e rich to practice and then home for bed there is it much time really with them. . I’ve been feeling like poo about myself lately. I’ve been having a very very very terrible relationship with food. I’m just being honest. I’ll always been honest with you. And this is pretty hard to admit. Eating for me has been really really hard. I have not been able to go a week or three days without giving into some sort of craving. And when I give into a craving I think about it all day for the rest of the day. I also have not been able to get my hormones on track. Recently I got my iud taken out and it’s been really hard readjusting myself. I’m also decreasing my dosage for my antidepressant medication (I just feel it’s time to get off of the meds) so I’m very up and down. I’ve been STRUGGLING. I’ve been holding water about as hard as I’m holding myself together. Of course I’ve decided to do all these things as I was just getting into prep. And just as fast as I’ve started I’ve pulled myself out of the race. I’m not ashamed to admit I have always battled with my mental health and my fight with my body is an up and down battle. And right NOW I’m in no place to compete. Yes I have come so so far BUT not far enough to control what goes to on in my head. Having a very unhealthy relationship with food is very dangerous for me as I used to struggle a lot when I was younger. Thinking about food, wanting food, not being able to have food, pushing my body to drop weight. It becomes an obsession for me. And it’s the ONE THING I have not been able to meet in the middle with. This winter I’m going to focus on getting more in control and learning to not curve the craving but learn to live in moderation and not beat myself up about it. I can maybe revisit the possibility of competing down the road but.. For now I just want to have pancakes without forcing myself to do a 12 hour fast as a way to compensate. I started working out and eating better as a form a medicine for my depression and anxiety and I don’t want it to become the reason I quit working out and eating healthy. Me first. Mental health first ALWAYS. If you see yourself going down a scary path you can always turn it around. Don’t be embarrassed and don’t let it make you feel down on yourself

I use to model full time, as I got heavier (due to medical reasons) I told myself I was to big, not sexy enough or pretty enough to be in front of the camera. Where has that weekend gone? 💥Finished my work for an Accountancy client that was in a bit of a pickle. 💥 Got loads of messages about Super Saturday 😁 💥 On day 77 of continuous daily working out. 💥 Planned the online SM posts for my challenge group this week. 💥 Meal and catch up with walking dead with the hubby. I am so lucky that I am busy doing the things I love to do. Did have some worries and anxiety but worked hard at putting that into perspective. 😁 Feeling very blessed that I don't dread Mondays since giving up my full time job two years ago and while things are not perfect (that's just life), my life is so much better. I feel like I am winning and pretty much living the life I want. How do we love ourselves in the process of striving towards goals? How do we see past the imperfections? - - By working each day on our goals, by making small steps towards health, we can feel accomplished and successful even if we look in the mirror and don’t see “much change.” I’ve come to find out too many people seek out instant gratification when it comes to body changes. That is why so many try extreme diets and lifestyle changes that arent attainable. 👎🏽 - Give yourself time, give yourself goals you can reach in a week, then in a month. You have to set a plan. Even if you hit some forks in the road, you can and will keep going. Because you owe yourself that much. You owe to yourself success. 👏🏽 - I love looking at where my body is, and where it has been. I love setting goals for the gym, workouts I wanna try and master. This keeps me motivated! Trying new things learning what I love and what I can get better at. The moment you stick with something long enough to reach a goal, is the moment you’ll find new goals you wanna meet and conquer. But first we must STAY with the consistency of switching a lifestyle. I was drinking a soda a day while pregnant and I used the excuse that it gave me energy. Now I’ve gone back to only soda on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays if we go out. I’ve made sure to track my food and slowly implement a deficit that works for me and my body. There’s nothing wrong with wanting a change, you can love yourself and still strive for wanting more. Love where your at, and get excited for where you’re going.

ᴀɴᴢᴇɪɢᴇ We made it!! 🔥👊🏻 Einen wunderschönen Sonntagabend 🙌🏻. Der Halbmarathon in Palma lief super und ich habe es mit einer finalen Zielzeit von 1:57:30 tatsächlich unter 2 Stunden ins Ziel geschafft! Noch größer war meine Freude allerdings über die Überraschung von meinen @foodspring Teamkollegen 😍. Bis auf @robin.raww , der leider verletzt ist und nicht laufen konnte, sind auch @growing.annanas @patriciakraft @marcello_h mit mir gestartet. @appeltinii und ich haben die 21.1km von Anfang bis Ende zusammen gelaufen 😘👌🏻. Das Video vom Lauf ist ab sofort online, den Link gibts in meiner Story 😀. Jetzt stehen noch ein paar weitere gemeinsame Tage auf Mallorca an.
