Day 4 - Happy Belated 4/20 to you!
Went in with the 1-1-2, also guard up with jabs/crosses for warmups today. Just trying to get the feel of flowing the shots through the shoulders, hips, legs, feet and so on. Movement, reaction, distance management. All essential, but still wishing to learn some real lessons by getting my ass kicked in a real sparring session, one day. Haha
Criticisms for myself; gotta work on my dip. It's hardly low!
