People talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important if not more. If you feel like not yourself, depressed, anxious or anything similar, I want you to go talk to someone, ANYONE! Go talk to that person you trust the most. That person can be your friend, a family member, neighbor. Anyone!and just know, YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
I am thankful to have someone like that in my life, you know who you are. And just know, I appreciate you. I may not say it but I am so glad that you are in my life.
