With pragmatic awareness and flexibility, success can be possible with inclusion of any food. - For a calorie deficit, the resulting logic will be that consumption of calorie dense fast food is done sparingly, but still done if enjoyed. Posting this before I ruin all the hard work with Easter eggs 🤣🤣🐣 Cheers @agile__life for helping me with my training and nutrition over the last 12 weeks. I lost about 10lbs and used flexible dieting meaning that I could still eat all the stuff I wanted and could still treat myself to a few beers now and then and not feel too bad about it. Fun fact about olive oil: There is actually a diet called The Mediterranean Diet which one of its core principles is to take a shot of oil everyday! I recall that there is actually a region in Italy that advocates a similar shot a day method and has had numerous studies about them living longer because of it! # I am not a doctor or nutrition professional so do your own research, but I’ve been doing this for a while and it has been a great help!
