Whipped up a LOADED veggie breakfast skillet this morning cause ya girl was starving (and blessed to be working from home today) after teaching back to back classes!
And all my bffs from @misfitsmarket came to the party: yellow squash, onions, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and more!
I sautéed the veggies, made a well in the middle, cracked in an egg and covered the skillet to let the egg cook. Added some air-fried taters, arugula, feta and extra fresh tomatoes. Ta-da! Blessed with a loaded breakfast 🙌🏼
