I've never been a particular fan of treadmills. If you closely measure the costs vs benefits I'm sure you'd agree as well. Little physique update. Surprisingly the abs are slightly showing even though I’ve eaten quite a lot of dairy and processed foods over the past week (or two). Trying my best to get back on track and say no to the dairy deliciousness that appears in the office. I must return to being the dairy-free pescatarian that I truly am. Eating out will be a struggle but I’ll pull through, so don’t worry about shedding a tear for me guys. I’ll be okay 😢

Du tenker kanskje at cardiotrening er som en endeløs sprint, men cardio består av så mye mer enn å snøre på seg joggeskoene og svette det ut! En cardiotreningsøkt kan være så kreativ som du selv ønsker. Kanskje tenker du på en tredemølleøkt er en slags straff for du har spist for mye crappy mat, så kan jeg fortelle deg at det er Sååååå mye mer enn det. Tredemølle er det perfekte stedet å ha en cardioøkt for nybegynnere, men også for erfarne på et treningsstudio. Men husk at det kan også gjennomføres utendørs. Tenk å bare la tankene fly, høre på lydbok, podcast eller lytte til favoritt musikken din det er bare rein nytelse 😊 Men☝️🏼det første du må vite når du bruker en tredemølle, er å vite hvor ditt nåværende treningsnivå er. Hvis du er helt ny på et treningsstudio, vil du kanskje starte med rask gange. Trykk på knappen på mølla som viser km/t, og prøv å gå på hastighet 4-6 km/t i 20 til 30 minutter. Hvis det er ikke nok for deg, kan du legge til litt helling. Som å trykke opp 1% helling hver 2. minutt til du føler at du har nådd maks. Når du føler deg trygg på disse treningsøktene, kan du øke hastigheten til en mild jogg eller legge til noen intervaller. Et sted rundt 6-8 km/t er et fantastisk sted å starte, og legg til litt helling hvis du ønsker det. Når du er klar for litt mer avansert, kan du spille på med fart og helling og opprette en treningsplan som du ser frem til å fullføre. Hvis du ikke er helt sikker på hvor du skal begynne, sjekk med en løpeinstruktør eller en Personlig Trener så hjelper de deg i gang.
