Em anos anteriores tive o privilégio de comemorar com sorvete de Mostarda, de Tomate, de Gorgonzola e de Gin Tônica. E hoje, que surpresa: um sabor exótico de verdade! Kulfi é um sorvete que se originou na India no século XVI. A mistura de leite evaporado denso era popular nos pratos doces no subcontinente indiano.
