If you don’t know me in real life, then I’m not sure what your perception is but here’s [more than] a few things about me that social media may not portray: 1. I am really silly & pretty weird. And maybe this is just my take, but I think most people are surprised when they realize this about me. Sometimes I get interesting looks 🤔 2. I am intense and emotional. I think the biggest blessing and curse is that I feel everything so very deeply & express it 3. I am honest about my feelings almost to a fault and have scared people away with my intensity. I am definitely not for everyone. 4. Often, I over-think and over-analyze everything. My anxiety at times will keep me thinking about our convo a week, month, sometimes even years later, worrying if I may have said or did something wrong. So I replay it 10000x until I’m mentally exhausted and then apologize to you for whatever it is that I can’t seem to get over 🤣 5. And on that note, I have a few health issues and mental illnesses that I choose not to label myself as, but are still very much part of me. The quick list: fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, ADHD and Sjögren’s syndrome. I talk very candidly and openly about these things and have come to understand that they are not dirty labels and do not fully define me. I do a lot of work to rise above these things and thrive every day/week consistently. 6. I care so deeply about the people in my life that I fear losing them and at times can isolate and disappear. It’s contradicting, I know. I have issues around death and abandonment that I’m still working on. 7. On the same theme, I am usually too empathetic and can take on peoples emotions. I am really hyper-sensitive and too aware of peoples energy (Those that know me, know I’m an empath) 8. I am long-winded (if you can’t tell) and very loud. I have no idea I’m being loud, when I’m loud. It’s as if I can’t hear myself when I speak, plus I talk fast...idk I’m Italian...??? 🇮🇹🤪 @benbreunig Thank you for being my impromptu dinner date & for taking these for me! When I started this weightloss journey, I weighed as much as 265-270 pounds. A month after, I am down 227 pounds.
