Happy Easter my lovelies!🐣 Just a little post to say enjoy your weekend!! Don’t feel bad for having a dang Easter egg. There’s a difference between treating yourself to a bit of chocolate and having like 6 eggs in one go. My pre holiday belly, let’s see what it looks like in a few days🤰🏽. Here are a few tips to control your eating during the holidays: • always drink a big glass of water before every meal • try to eat slowly - that way you give your brain enough time to send a signal to your stomach that you are already full • eat something before the main meal (a small salad, veggies, smoothies, fruits - that way you get in your nutrients and don’t overeat on the good but unhealthy food) • be active at least 30 minutes everyday - it doesn’t matter if it is yoga, gym, running or walking. • don’t stress too much - everyone needs some time off 🌸🐰 #happyeaster #abs

This was probably one of the best workouts I've had in the last 2 years thanks to Professor Noah @noahcrome. Here I did 1RM 195lbs safety squat bar SUMO STANCE -something I've never done before. The position felt very awkward since I usually perform all my squats using very narrow stance and boy was it hard... 195 felt like 300lbs. Followed by some Bulgarian split squats, high step ups, hamstring work and belted RDLs. “What am I tracking for, why am I trying to change the way I look, you look great already” 🤷🏼‍♀️ Why? Because I have new goals. Goals that require a little more attention to what I’m doing daily - Training & nutrition. I’m currently tracking purely because for once in my life the goal is not to be the fittest person in the room or the one who can run the farthest but to gain strength & watch my muscles grow. 💪🏼 My endless amounts of killing myself in the gym with cardio was destroying all my chances of my muscle growth. No matter how much I loved it I NEEDED TO SLOW DOWN. I’m currently lifting more than I ever have before, l sat in a surplus of calories for a good time which has put me in a place to EAT MORE & boyyyyy has my mindset changed to a very pleasant place of REST. Less is more. Nutrition is KEY.
